The client:Durham County Council is the local authority for the non-metropolitan county of County Durham in North East England. The council is a unitary authority, being a non-metropolitan county council which also performs the functions of a non-metropolitan district council. It has its headquarters at County Hall in Durham.

Overview: The introduction of new and innovative working methods in a local government setting.

Brief: The exploration new working methods involved a workshop with the transformation team to introduce ideas  such as; Design Thinking, Lean Innovation and Visual Organisation design.

As part of the initial engagement we ran a collaborative session to show how our methods could be applied to numerous scenarios to achieve positive outcomes.
