We were asked to run a series of workshops for Citizens Advice Gateshead using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. In each case the workshop involved posing questions and then using the methodology to explore new and emergent scenarios using a combination of landscape modelling and “playing the future”.
This enabled the organisation to explore new ways of working that incorporated elements such as creativity, the connection between hand and brain, and flow states that could then be applied in real-time to the organisational aims.
Brief: To introduce the core concepts of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and to explore how the method could be applied in new emerging scenarios.
Testimonial: Having an amazing day facilitating Citizens Advice Gateshead managers away day. Spaghetti Towers, Serious Lego Play (thank you Dr. Philip Veal, [D Prof] FRSA ) and amazing colleagues making insightful discovery!!
