Client: The SeaScapes project started in March 2020 and ended activities at the end of September 2024, with final project closedown in December 2024. The project aims were to identify and implement a series of programmes to support environmental initiatives.
Overview: A half day workshop to introduce the method to the management team while addressing a critical aspect of the project requirements.
Brief: To run a half-day session with the Seascapes team to discuss the project legacy.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® was used as the primary method to facilitate the discussion between the team members around what the legacy of the Seascapes project might be. The workshop used a combination of theme building, landscapes and connections to map out different aspects of the project and to test potential scenarios in real time.
Testimonial
“Huge thanks for today, it was absolutely brilliant and the team are buzzing. As a manager I felt that it brought the team together on an equal footing and also gave me a valuable insight into how each individual approaches challenges. I thought some of us would struggle (myself included) but that was not the case at all. You immediately put us all at ease and made us feel extremely comfortable. The process has no doubt helped shape our strategic planning in a fun, creative way.”
