Silbo is an impact-led

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® was used as a way of discussing emerging threats, themes and trends in the cyber security landscape.

EMPATHY & IMPACT
We use the term “empathetic design” as we feel that empathy should be the key element in any design process. Our aim is to bring creativity and our multi-disciplinary design ethic to all organizations regardless of size.
We also use the term “Impact Driven” as we feel that outcomes should guide the process and not the other way around. We also feel that creativity can be taught, nurtured and refined, it may need the right environment to flourish and we can help with that as well.
